This policy explains how PineApps collects, uses and protects personal data you share with us through this website — in particular through our contact form. We are committed to handling your data lawfully, transparently and only for the purpose you gave it to us.

“PineApps”, “we” and “us” refer to the following affiliated companies, who act as data controllers:

We only collect what you actively send us through the contact form:

• Your name
• Your work email address
• Your company name (optional)
• The topic you select
• The message you write

We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising technology on this website. We do not build visitor profiles.

3. Why we use it and our legal basis

We use your data solely to read your enquiry, reply to you, and — if relevant — take the steps you asked us to take before entering into a possible engagement.

• GDPR (EU/NL): Article 6(1)(b) — steps taken at your request prior to a contract, and Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
• KVKK (Türkiye): Article 5 — processing necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, and our legitimate interests, in line with the purpose you provided the data for.

4. How your data is handled

Your message is delivered to and stored within our Microsoft 365 mailbox and Microsoft Azure environment. We do not use any third-party form-handling service; the form submits directly to our own endpoint hosted on Microsoft Azure. Microsoft acts as our processor under its Data Protection Addendum. Only PineApps staff who need to answer your enquiry can access it.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry messages for up to 24 months after our last correspondence with you, unless an ongoing business relationship or a legal obligation requires us to keep them longer. After that, they are deleted.

6. Sharing and transfers

We never sell your data and never add you to marketing lists without your consent. We do not share it with third parties except our infrastructure provider (Microsoft) as described above. Where data is processed outside your country, Microsoft provides appropriate safeguards (including EU Standard Contractual Clauses) as part of its services.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR and KVKK you may request to: access your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to its processing; and receive a copy of it. To exercise any of these, email info@pineapps.co and we will respond within the legal time limits.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority:

8. Cookies

This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking of any kind. Nothing is stored on your device beyond what your browser needs to display the page.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version.
